2 C white sugar
1 C margarine or butter
3/8 C regular baking cocoa
1/8 C special dark baking cocoa (Hershey’s makes one)
1 tsp. vanilla extract
4 eggs
1 C plus 1 Tbs. all-purpose whole wheat flour
˝ tsp. baking powder
˝ tsp. salt
˝ cup mini chocolate morsels

Directions:

Melt butter or margarine, and mix all ingredients in the order given. Pour batter into a greased 9x13 baking dish. Bake for 30-35 minutes.

Note: I tried this in a metal pan once, and it did not work nearly as well as in a glass Pyrex-type dish.
