2 10 oz. pkgs. frozen cut broccoli
2 cups frozen whole small onions
4 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. flour
1/4 tea. salt
1 cup soft bread crumbs
dash pepper
1 cup milk
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 3 oz. pkg. cream cheese, cut up

Directions:
Directions:
Cook broccoli according to directions on package, drain. Cook onions in boiling salted water about 10 minutes, drain. In saucepan melt 2 tbsp. of butter, blend in flour, salt and pepper. Add milk all at once; cook and stir until thick and bubbly. Reduce heat, blend in cream cheese until smooth.
Stir in vegetables, turn into 1 1/2 qt.casserole. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes. Melt remaining butter, toss with bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese. Sprinkle crumbs over casserole, bake 15 - 20 minutes more.
