1 16 oz. bag frozen broccoli, carrots and cauliflower, thawed & drained
1 can cream of mushroom soup (or celery soup)
1 C shredded Swiss cheese (or cheddar)
1/3 C sour cream
1/4 tsp pepper
1 small jar chopped pimentos
1 pkg fried onions

Directions:
Directions:
Combine vegetables, soup, 1/2 of the cheese, sour cream, pepper, pimento and 1/2 of the onions. Pour into 1 quart casserole. Bake covered at 350
for 30 minutes.Top with remaining cheese and onions. Bake uncovered for 4 minutes longer.
