4 Chicken Breasts, pounded
8oz. Ham, sliced
8oz. Monterey Jack Cheese, cut into 1" strips
1 cup Corn Flakes, crushed
1/2 cup Butter, melted
1 Can Cream of Chicken Soup
1/2 cup Sour Cream
1 Lemon, juice

Directions:
Directions:
1. Pound out chicken to 1", place ham on chicken, then cheese and roll up.
2. Secure with toothpick.
3. Dip in melted butter and then roll in crushed corn flakes.
4. Bake at 400 for 40 minutes.
5. Heat cream of chicken, sour cream, and lemon juice in saucepan.
6. Pour sauce over chicken before serving.
