1 box manicotti shells
1 1/2 lbs. hamburger
1/2 C. chopped onion
2 cloves garlic
1 tsp. oregano
2 C. tomato juice
1 C. tomato paste
Salt and pepper to taste
2 eggs
1/2 C. Parmesan cheese
3 C. mozzarella cheese
16 oz. cottage cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Brown meat with onion and garlic; drain grease. Add tomato juice, paste, oregano, salt, and pepper. Mix until heated and set aside. Beat eggs and add cheeses. Stuff unbaked manicotti shells with cheese and egg mixture and arrange in baking dish. Spoon meat mixture over shells. Cover with foil and bake at 350 for 1 hour. Can add extra mozzarella cheese on top.
