3 whisked eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup brown sugar
2 1/4 cups milk or almond milk
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
2 cups cooked rice
1/2 cup raisins
1 whole almond
prepared raspberry sauce and whipped cream

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together and pour into a shallow round pan. Place the pan inside a larger pan and add one inch of water. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes until a knife inserted comes out clean. Serve warm or cold with prepared raspberry sauce and whipped cream (lingonberry, cranberry, or cherry sauce work too).
