1 cup flour
1 cup milk
2 eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Beat flour and milk with mixer, add eggs and beat more. Put aside, stir about three times during the day.

Add drippings (from beef roast) into each muffin cup. Tilt pan to distribute grease. Put pan with grease in 500 oven. When it starts to smoke, take out and add "dough" - fill each cup 1/2 full. Put on top rack in oven. DO NOT OPEN DOOR!!!! When they start to rise, turn oven down to 375. Bake until brown - about 10 - 15 minutes.
