8 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1/2 c butter, melted
1 T olive oil
6 T Dijon mustard
1 T thyme
1 t black pepper
1/2 t cayenne
3 c bread crumbs

Directions:
Directions:
Flatten chicken breasts. Combine butter, oil, mustard, thyme, pepper and cayenne. Coat chicken with mustard mixture. Marinate overnight if preferred. Sprinkle with bread crumbs. Place on greased baking sheet, cover with foil and bake at 350 for 30-40 minutes.
