1 can Mexicorn, drained 1 16oz can black beans, drained and rinsed 1/4 c onion, chopped 2 stalks celery, diced fine 1 t cumin 1 mango (optional), peeled and diced 1 16 oz can salsa 1/2 c cilantro, chopped
Mix all together and chill for 6 hours for best results. May be served immediately. Serve with tortilla chips.
