2 C sifted powered sugar, dash salt, 4 T light cream, 5 T cocoa, 3 T butter melted and 1/2 t vanilla.

Directions:
Directions:
Sift powered sugar, cocoa and salt together. Add milk, butter, light cream and vanilla. Beat until smooth and creamy. Spread on cookies
