6 oz. unsweetened chocolate, 1 C unsalted butter, 6 eggs, 2 1/2 C sugar, 2 t vanilla, 1 3/4 C all-purpose flour, 1/2 t salt and 2 C chopped walnuts.

Directions:
preheat oven to 325 Butter a 10 X 15 baking sheet. Dust with flour and shake out excess. Melt the chocolate and 1 C butter in a small saucepan over very low heat, or in the top of a double boiler. Set aside to cool slightly. Beat eggs, sugar and vanilla in a bowl until light and fluffy. Stir chocolate into the eggs, add flour and salt, mix until just combined don't overmix. Stir in walnuts, Bake in center of oven 25 to 30 min. or until the center of the brownies are just set. Allow to cool completely before cutting into 2 " squares.
