1 large box apricot Jell-O
3 1/2 cups water (2 cups boiling & 1 1/2 cold)
1 cup crushed pineapple, drained
3 bananas, sliced
1 cup chopped nuts
1 cup marshmallows (miniature)
Topping:
1/2 cup pineapple juice
1/2 cup sugar
2 tbsp. flour
1 8-oz. package cream cheese
1 package Dream Whip

Directions:
Directions:
Mix the first 6 ingredients together. Let jell and add topping.
Topping: Cook first 3 ingredients of the topping over low heat until thick and let cool.
Add 1 package of cream cheese to the cooked mixture. Whip one package Dream Whip. Do not add vanilla that the Dream Whip calls for. Fold in with mixture of other ingredients, then spread on Jell-O.
