1 whole chicken, diced
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 carton sour cream
1 sleeve Ritz or Town House crackers
3/4 stick margarine
1 can water chestnuts

Directions:
Directions:
Mix diced chicken, cream of celery soup, cream of mushroom soup and sour cream. Pour in greased casserole dish. Melt margarine and put in crushed cracker crumbs. When margarine absorbs into cracker crumbs, put on top of casserole. Bake until bubbly and golden brown.
