2 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli (I prefer florets)
1 c. grated sharp cheddar cheese
1 can cream mushroom soup
1 c. mayonnaise or 1/2 c. mayo & 1/2 c. sour cream
1 medium onion (chopped fine)
2 eggs, well beaten
1 c. chopped pecans (optional)
2 c. buttered bread crumbs or Ritz crackers

Directions:
Directions:
Cook broccoli according to pkg. directions. Drain. combine soup, eggs, mayonnaise, onion, cheese and pecans. Pour over broccoli. Pour into greased 1 1/2 qt. or 2 qt. casserole. Top with bread or cracker crumbs. Bake 350 for 30 minutes.
