8 oz. cream cheese
3/4 c. sour cream
1/3 c. nonfat dry milk
1/2 c. mayo (Hellmanns)
1 pkg. Knorrs vegetable soup mix
10 oz. pkg. frozen chopped spinach thawed and squeezed dry
1 can water chestnuts, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Stir cream cheese with spoon until fluffy. Add sour cream, dry milk powder, mayo. Stir until well blended. Add vegetable soup mix, spinach and water chestnuts. Mix gently to combine. Cover and refrigerate one hour.
