Tired of peeling potatoes the old school way? Score potato through skin at "equator" of potato. Put in boiling water for 15 minutes. Take potato out of pot and immerse in container of cold water/ice cubes to cool potato to touch. Grip potato and pull skin off. Cook to finish.
