1 head of iceberg lettuce chopped
1 head of cauliflower chopped (florets only)
1 1/2 cups mayonnaise
1 medium onion chopped (less if preferred)
1 lb. bacon, fried crisp and crumbled
1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup sugar (less if preferred)

Directions:
Directions:
Place ingredients in a large bowl in order given. Cover tightly and refrigerate for several hours or overnight. Toss just before serving.

This recipe can easily be halved or quartered. I substitute about 1/4 cup bacon bits for the bacon.
