12 egg yokes, 1/4 C sugar, 12 egg whites, nutmeg, 1 1/2 C bourbon, 2 qt. milk and 1 qt. whipping cream.

Directions:
Directions:
Beat egg yokes until lemon colored. Add bourbon slowly one spoon at a time. Add sugar slowly, the add milk and beat well. Cover bowl and set in refrigerator overnight Just before serving beat egg whites until stiff and fold into yoke and milk mixture. Beat cream until still and add nutmeg. Pour over mixture. Put into cups so that each cup is topped with a layer of whipped cream and nutmeg
