1 large box pasta, elbow or penne works well
2 packages albacore tuna
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
Salt and pepper optional

Topping:
6 cups cornflakes
4 tablespoons melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
Cook pasta according to instructions on box. Rinse and drain well. Mix together pasta, tuna, soup, salt, and pepper. Layer into a 13x9" or lasagna pan that has been prepared with cooking spray. Cover mixture with shredded, sharp cheddar cheese. Crush cornflakes into small pieces. Mix cornflakes with melted butter and spread over the casserole. Bake for 40 minutes at 350 until hot and golden brown.
