5 to 6 chicken breasts, sliced into 1" pieces
2 boxes frozen, chopped spinach, thawed & squeezed dry
1 (2 cup) bag of grated, sharp cheddar cheese
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
4 to 6 cups corn flakes
4 tablespoons butter
1/2 teaspoon salt
Cooking spray

Directions:
Directions:
Spray 9 x 13 inch pan with cooking spray. Layer spinach on bottom, chicken, cream or mushroom soup, and cheddar cheese into the pan. Crush cornflakes and mix with melted butter. Spread on top. Sprinkle with salt to taste. Cover with aluminum foil. Bake at 375 for about 1 hour until chicken is done. Uncover for the last 15 minutes until golden brown.

I have made this with all generic ingredients and it is still a family favorite. Lately, I have added a third box of spinach and used only one, family-sized can of mushroom soup. Reheats well in microwave.
