1 pound ground Italian sausage
1 package pepperoni logs (hot dog type)
1 large box rigatoni noodles
1 pound brick of mozzarella cheese
1 jar prepared spaghetti sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Mix the following with the spaghetti sauce: Italian sausage (browned and drained), pepperoni logs cut lengthwise and then into 1/8" slices, Rigatoni noodles prepared and drained per package.

Spread 1/2 of mixture into lasagna pan. Slice and place 1/2 of mozzarella cheese over noodles. Layer remaining mixture and then place more cheese on top. Cover with foil and bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
