1 lb. Velveeta2 cans Rotel (I use 1 Original flavor and 1 Hot)1 or 2 fresh jalapeņos, chopped and seeds removed

Directions:
Directions:
Cut Velveeta into cubes and place in square casserole dish. Drain Rotel (not completely), and add to cheese cubes. Microwave for 2-3 minutes, then stir. Then microwave another 2-3 minutes until all cheese is melted. Add chopped fresh jalapeņos as garnish.

I have been told many times that this dip is "too hot", but they always come back for more, and there is never any left! If you want a wimpier version, you could use 2 cans of Rotel Original flavor, and Rotel even comes in Mild for the extra wimpy.
