6 oz cream cheese, softened
1 lg cucumber, peeled, seeds removed
4 t mayonnaise
6 green onions, diced
salt & pepper to taste
white bread
parsley
pimento

Directions:
Directions:
Dice cucumbers and chop to a pulp. Mix all ingredients well. Cut circles from slices of bread using cookie or biscuit cutter. Spread mixture on circle of bread. Top with chopped parsley, arranging on outside of circle as a wreath shape. Add a couple of cut pimento pieces as your holly berries.
