1 cup butter
1/3 cup powdered sugar
2/3 cup cornstarch
1 cup sifted flour
frosting:
4 Tbsp melted butter
1 cup powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 orange's grated rind
2 Tblsp orange juice

Directions:
Directions:
Cream the butter and sugar Add cornstarch and flour. Mix well. Make little heaps on ungreased cookie sheets and bake at 350 degrees about 15 minutes until light brown on bottom and set and cool. Frost.
