1 quart (4 cups) coffee-flavored ice cream
1 box (1 lb 2.3 oz) Betty Crocker fudge brownie mix
2/3 cup vegetable oil
1/4 cup water
2 eggs
1 tablespoon instant espresso coffee granules
1/4 cup chocolate topping or chocolate-flavor syrup
4 bars (1.4 oz each) milk chocolate-covered English toffee candy, coarsely chopped

1. Heat oven to 350F. Grease bottom only of 13X9-inch pan with shortening. Make and bake brownie mix as directed on box, using oil, water and eggs, and adding coffee granules. Spread batter in pan. Bake as directed on box. Cool completely in pan on cooling rack, about 1 hour.
2. Meanwhile, place ice cream in refrigerator until soft enough to spread.
3. Spread softened ice cream over cooled brownies. Cover; freeze at least 4 hours.
4. Befroe serving, let dessert stand at room temperature 10 minutes. Cut into 4 rows by 3 rows. Place on individual dessert plates. Drizzle each serving with chocolate topping; sprinkle with chopped candy.

Chocolate topping is slightly thicker than chocolate-flavor syrup, so it clings better to the top of the brownies. Look for it in your supermarket next to the other ice cream toppings.
