Brownies:
1 cup sugar
1 can Hershey chocolate syrup
1 cup flour
1/2 cup butter, softened
4 eggs

Frosting:
1 cup sugar
4 tablespoons butter
4 tablespoons milk
1/2 cup milk chocolate chips
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all of the brownie ingredients together and put in a greased 9x13 pan. Bake for 35 minutes in a 350 oven.

Frosting--Mix sugar, butter and milk together and bring to a boil. Remove from stove, add chocolate chips and vanilla. Beat until spreading consistency. If you set your pan of frosting into a sink with about 3 inches of cold water and beat, it will thicken much faster.
