1/4 c. butter
1 medium onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
1 lb. ground beef
1 lb. mushrooms, sliced
2 T. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. paprika
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. sour cream
8 oz. egg noodles (cooked)

In 12" skillet cook onions and garlic in butter over medium-high heat until golden, about 3 minutes. Stir in ground beef and cook until brown. Add mushrooms, flour, and spices; cook 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Stir in undiluted soup; heat to boiling. Add cooked noodles; reduce heat to low and simmer 10 minutes to continue blending the flavors. Stir in sour cream and heat for 3 minutes (do not boil).
