1 dozen hard-boiled eggs

mustard

mayonnaise

black pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Remove shell from the eggs and place in a bowl and mash. Add 5 good squirts of Mustard, about a 1/4 cup of mayonnaise, and a generous amount of black pepper. Mix well. Store in the refrigerator and serve on bread/bagels or English muffins.
