2 Cans of Garbanzo Beans (drain but reserve liquid from one of them)
3 Tbs Tahini
1 Tbs. minced Garlic
2 Small Lemons (reserve zest) or 1 Tbs lemon juice
1 tsp. salt
tsp Black Pepper
tsp Cumin
3 Tbs. Olive Oil
Garnish with your choice of SunDried Tomatoes, Capers, Kalamata Olives, Fresh Basil, Roasted Garlic Cloves, or Lemon Zest.

Drain one of the cans of beans and reserve the liquid (in case needed). In a food processor, process beans and next 6 ingredients until smooth. With processor running, slowly drizzle in the olive oil until all has been added. Garnish and enjoy with Sliced Pita Bread, Toasted Bread Points and Fresh Vegetables.
