6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1/2 C honey
1/4 C butter or marg
1/4 C dijon mustard
2 to 4 Tbsp curry powder (depending on your taste)
pinch of cayenne pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Place chicken in an ovenproof dish. Combine honey, butter, mustard, curry powder and cayenne pepper; pour over chicken. Bake, uncovered, at 350 F for 20 minutes, basting once. Turn chicken over; baste again and bake for another 20 minutes.
