1 1/4 c all purpose flour
1 tsp salt
3 heaping tsp baking powder
1 T sugar
2 T oil
1 egg
1 1/2 c milk (add as needed for mixture)
Fruit as desired (blueberries)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together and pour pancakes on oiled griddle. Flip over when brown. Serve with fresh fruit and "Vermont" maple syrup!
