1 small head lettuce - shredded
1/2 cup chopped celery
1/2 cup chopped green pepper
1/4 - 1/2 cup chopped baby onions
1 small package green peas - slightly cooked
2 cups mayonnaise
Sugar
8 oz shredded cheddar cheese
6 slices crumbled bacon

Directions:
Directions:
Layer all vegetables in the order listed in the ingredients in a glass 13 " cake pan (so the layers can be seen). Spread over the top the mayonnaise and dust lightly with sugar. Sprinkle on the cheese and cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate at least 8 hours. Sprinkle with the crumbled bacon just before serving.
