3 boxes (Birds Eye) creamed spinach
1 package Knorrs Veg. mix
3 heaping tbsp. mayonnaise
2 heaping tbsp. Miracle Whip
3/4 cup sour cream
dash Louisiana Hot Sauce
5 slices bacon (cooked & crumbled) save the grease
1/3 cup red onion
1 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese

Topping:

1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:
Microwave spinach until cooked. Cook bacon and onion together & set aside with all the drippings. In a large bowl add spinach, bacon/onion mix with drippings. Mix in Knorrs, mayo, miracle whip, sour cream, hot sauce, mozzarella cheese, cheddar cheese and Parmesan cheese. Place in sprayed casserole dish and top with 1/2 cup cheddar. Bake uncovered @ 350 for 30-35 min.
