1 lb lean ground beef
1/4 c. cracker crumbs
1 egg
1 T. chopped onion (or more if you wish)
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. sage

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients and form into patties. Brown on both sides. Place in well greased dish. Mix 1 can cream of mushroom soup with 1/2 can water and pour over meat. Bake at 350 for 1 hour. I peel my potatoes and cut up small and cook with the meat. It makes its own gravy.
