12 small new potatoes
4 tsp butter
4 tsp minced parsley or 1 1/2 tsp dried parsley
4 tsp minced chives or 1 1/2 tsp dried chives
5 pieces bacon, cooked and crumbled

Directions:
Directions:
Peel 1/2 in. strip around the center of each potato and place in a saucepan of cold water. Add enough water to cover potatoes. Bring to a boil and boil until potatoes are easily pierced by a fork but firm, about 20 minutes. Drain. Cover to keep warm. Melt butter in microwave safe bowl. Stir in minced parsley and chives. Pour the butter mixture over the potatoes and toss. Sprinkle with crumbled bacon.
