8 eggs separated, 2 C margarine, 1 1/2 C fresh strawberries finely chopped, 2 3/4 C sugar and 3 1/2 C cake flour.

Directions:
Directions:
Beat egg whites until soft peaks form. Add 6 t sugar gradually and beat until stiff but not dry. Set aside. Cream margarine with remaining sugar until very light and fluffy. Add egg yokes one at a time beating well after each. Blend in flour. Add berries and carefully fold in egg whites. Pour in well-greased 10" tube pan and bake @ 325 for 1 1/2 hours or until done.
