1 Egg
1/2 cup sugar
1 can evaporated milk
2-2.5 tsp vanilla

**You will likely need to double or triple recipe**

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all together with mixer

Cook on low for 5-10 minutes stirring constantly

Put in refrigerator until chilled.

Put fresh snow in bowl and add cream. Mix together.

For added taste, add banana or other fruit and mix.
