One bunch of chard
¼ cup white wine
Pure olive oil– or use 70/30 canola/evoo
Lemon
Shallots
Garlic
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Cut off chard ends and rinse; cut chard into large julienne (1/2 leaf).
In a large sauce pan, heat pure olive oil to medium high.
Add shallots, garlic and chard.
Wilt down ½ way (flash sauté), apprx. 5 minutes.
Add white wine and wilt down (flash sauté).
Add salt, pepper and lemon.
Serve as a side with any protein.
