10 lb. bag potatoes
milk
sour cream
butter
salt/pepper to taste

Quickest way to make these:
Cook the potatoes in the microwave, skin on until done. Let them cool - just until you can handle them-and peel the skin off. Cut potato into small pieces and put in a large bowl. Mash potatoes using a hand mixer. Add milk, sour cream, and butter to your preference. Blend after adding each ingredient. Add salt and pepper to taste.

Okay, so this might be a little bit of an artery clogger, but I haven't heard any complaints when I make them.
