1 cup sugar, 1 stick butter or oleo, 1 cup flour - 1 egg - dash of salt 1/2 cups nuts 5 to 6 apples peeled, cored and sliced

Directions:
Directions:
Fill pie plate (deep dish) 2/3 full with sliced apples. Mix 1 tbsp sugar with 1 tbsp cinnamon together. Sprinkle over apples. Cream butter or oleo with sugar, mix in egg, then flour, salt then nuts. Pour over apples. Bake at 375 for about 50 to 55 minutes
