Ingredients:  
1 tbsp. olive oil
1 medium onion, finely chopped
1 can chopped green chilies (drained)
3 tbsp. flour
2 teas. cumin
2 cans navy beans (or Northern beans)
1 14oc. can chicken broth
1 1/2 cups finely chopped cooked chicken breast
shredded Monterey jack cheese
sour cream (optional)
Salsa (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
In a large skillet,cook onion until transparent.Add chilies,flour, and cumin.Cook & stir for 2 min.Add beans and chicken broth,bring to a boil.Reduce heat and simmer for 10 min. Add chicken and heat. Garnish with cheese,sour cream, and salsa if desired.

This is good if you are tired of regular chili. But I still like the old fashioned chili.
