1 15-oz. can Shoe Peg corn, drained
1 15-oz. can French style green beans, drained
1 15-oz. can Le Sueur peas, drained
1 small jar pimentos, drained
1 medium onion, chopped
1 medium green pepper, chopped
4 stalks celery, diced
Dressing:
1 cup sugar
1 cup oil
1/2 cup white vinegar
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Mix vegetables together in a large bowl. Mix dressing ingredients. Do not heat. Pour dressing mixture over vegetables and mix gently. Cover and refrigerate overnight before serving.
