Ingredients:
Ingredients:
6 egg whites
1/4 tsp. salt
2 cups heavy whipping cream
1/2 cup sugar
2 cups mini marshmallows
1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
1-1/2 cup sugar
2 (3oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Beat egg whites, cream of tartar and salt until foamy. Beat in 1 1/2 cups sugar, 1 Tbsp. at a time, until stiff and glossy. Do not underbeat. Spread this meringue mixture in bottom of a greased 9x13-inch pan. Bake 1 1/2 hours. Turn off oven and leave meringue in oven at least 2 hours. (Works well to prepare meringue in evening, and leave in oven overnight.)
Beat whipping cream in chilled bowl until stiff. In separate bowl, blend cream cheese, 1/2 cup sugar and vanilla. Fold marshmallows and cream cheese mixture into whipping cream. Spread on top of meringue, then cover and refrigerate at least 12 hours.
Top with mixture of 2 cups fresh (or 16 oz. frozen) sliced strawberries, combined with 2 tsp. lemon juice and 1 can cherry pie filling.

Personal Notes:
I have never actually made this or had it, but it is one of my friend's favorite desserts. It is different and just darn fun to say!
