1 loaf of bread dry or toasted
1 chopped apple
1/2 C celery cut up
2 eggs
1 chopped onion
1/2 C carnation milk or half & half
1 handful pork sausage or hamburger
Salt, pepper and sage to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Moisten bread with water or chicken broth. Add rest of ingredients and mix well. Either bake in a well greased pan or stuff in the bird.
