Ingredients:  
1/4 cup butter or margarine
1/4 cup sugar
2 tsp. salt
3 cups corn
3 eggs, beaten
1/4 cup flour
1 3/4 cups milk

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in saucepan. Add sugar, salt, flour and stir until smooth. Add milk slowly, stirring. When thick, add corn, then eggs. Mix well. Pour into greased 2 quart casserole, place in a pan of water. Bake for 45 minutes or until set.

Eat immediately. Chopped onions may be added if desired (I never have).
