4 small/medium tart apples, peeled, cored, and cut into fourths
1 8 oz pkg crescent rolls
1 cup orange juice
2/3 cup sugar
1 stick margarine
Cinnamon and sugar mixture

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Wrap two pieces of apple (1/2 apple) in one crescent roll triangle and place in a greased 9 x 13 baking dish. You will have eight rolls total. Combine orange juice, sugar, and margarine in a small pan and bring to a boil. Pour this mixture over the rolls and then sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar. Bake for 25 minutes or until done.
