1/2-3/4 cup peanut butter
3/4 cup powdered sugar
Filling:
1/3 cup flour
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
2 cups milk
3 egg yolks, beaten
2 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1 9 inch baked pie shell
your favorite meringue recipe

Directions:
Directions:
Mix peanut butter and powdered sugar together until coarse. Cook the first 5 fillinf ingredients until thick. Add butter and vanilla. Sprinkle 1/2 peanut butter mix into bottom of baked pie shell. Pour filling on top then sprinkle with remaining peanut butter mixture. Top with meringue.
