1 lb bacon-fried and crumbled, 1/2 red onion, 2 bunches broccoli-just heads, 1/2 cup raisins, 2 tbsp red wine vinegar, 1/4 cup sugar, 1 cup mayonnaise to taste.

Directions:
Directions:
Steam broccoli about 3-4 minutes until bright green and tender. Dip in cold water to stop cooking. Add cooked crumbled bacon, raisins, diced red onion. Mix together the 1/4 cup sugar, cup of mayonnaise, 2 tbsp red wine vinegar and add to broccoli mixture to coat.
