Personal Notes:
My dear friend Cat Simmons used to bring this casserole to pot lucks all of the time. Before she moved to California in 2008 she gave me the recipe. I love to make them when I am camping. I precook the meats and put them into a zip lock bag. I can throw everything else together at the campsite, put in the crock pot and have fun all day knowing that dinner will be ready that evening!
