3 - 8 oz. Cream Cheese softened
2 Large Vadalia Onions (or sweet onions) chopped
2 c. Parmesan Cheese
1 c. Mayo

Directions:

1. Mix all ingredients together and place in slightly greased dish.
2. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
3. Serve with crackers
